Position Vacant – Retirement Living and Administration Receptionist – Part Time
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Banksia Administration team in the role of Retirement Living & Administration Receptionist.
In this job share role, you will be required to work 2 days per week 9am – 5pm.
As the successful applicant you will –
- Provide professional and friendly services to the residents, clients and staff of Banksia with your positive communication skills.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Reception services using your time management and organisational skills.
- With strong computer and administration skills, provide administrative support to the Village Manager and the Administration team.
- Have a high level of accuracy, with an eye for detail.
- Enjoy working in a positive and cohesive team environment delivering exceptional customer service.
