Banksia is seeking applicants who will provide high quality and attentive maintenance services within our residential aged care facility, Banksia Lodge.
This newly created part time position will provide assistance in a variety of maintenance, handyman and general labouring duties from responding to resident maintenance requests to cyclical inspections and repairs/maintenance to buildings, facilities and equipment.
Banksia’s preferred applicant will –
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a handyman or facilities maintenance role
- Have a positive, can do attitude and willingness to provide exceptional service to our residents.
- Be proactive, well organised and participate as a positive member of the Maintenance team.
- Hold, or be able to obtain, a suitable National Police check.
