New Position – Human Resource Administration Support

Join the highly professional Banksia Administration team in the newly created part time role of Human Resource Administration Support.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will provide hands on support across the full employee lifecycle whilst championing a positive and supportive culture.  In addition, this role will contribute to a range of HR projects and the continuous improvement of HR procedures and processes.

The Human Resource Administration Support role is ideal for someone with HR administration experience or a new HR graduate who is seeking exposure to all aspects of HR to gain and develop HR skills and knowledge.

This part time role offers 39 hours per fortnight to be worked across 6 days and is based in our Broulee office. All employees of Banksia are required to hold a current National Police Check.
