Care Services – Part time and Casual

Banksia operates three business units including a retirement village of 121 independent living villas, an 80 bed residential aged care facility and a community care service.

What you’ll do:
In a Care Services role you will provide a high level of care and customer service to our residents, including personal care and assisting in daily living activities, while helping to deliver dignity, choice and quality of life.

What you’ll need:
Essential:
• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine passion for caring for older people
• A demonstrated understanding and experience of the aged care sector will be highly regarded
